Download a social sport team nomination form online or come in to the Rec and Fitness Centre and grab one.

All nominations MUST be handed in at reception along with the $45 nomination fee and $45 forfeit bond fee (total $90). Nominations emailed in will not be accepted.

All sports will fill up fast so make sure you get your nomination in now!
